Here’s how it works
Step 1 - Let’s talk
Contact us by email or telephone outlining your area of interest, the aims of your trip and approximately how many people you expect to sign up. We then arrange to speak to you on the telephone to talk in more detail about your planned trip. You can call us or email. See our Contact Us page.
Step 2 – Make a Plan
After speaking to you in-depth about what type of trip you want to organise it is up to us to get working. We will devise an innovative itinerary for your group based on the information you provided and your time and budget constraints. Using our local knowledge and expertise we aim to build a trip which inspires and excites you. We will work with you to ensure that the tour is exactly how you want it.
Step 3 – Ready to Go
Once you are happy with the itinerary and cost of your trip it's time to book. We will stay in contact with the group organiser throughout the booking process with regular updates regarding the numbers booking, payments and any other relevant matters. You can refer to our How do I Book section for more details regarding the booking process.
Step 4 - Enjoy!
Before leaving home you will be provided with an itinerary of your trip and other relevant details. A member of our team will meet and greet your group at the airport upon arrival. Let you discovery of Ireland begin!
